In accordance with the statute of National Employers' Organization of Business Women from SMEs, members have the following rights and obligations:
- To receive support, assistance and guidance in their work, corresponding with the object of their activity.
- To receive information available regarding the financial, banking, currency, tax, customs, legal, marketing, managerial, technical, technological and other fields.
- To be protected against unfair competition and against administrative abuses and of trade unions.
- To receive publications issued by employers' oranizations, with payment or free of charge, as appropriate, or to publish articles, communications, information and advertisements.
- To benefit from training programs, consultancy and business and management assistance, and from clubs services, sporting and other activities organized by PNFAIMM;
- To participate at exhibitions, fairs and other events organized by PNFAIMM in the country and abroad;
- To receive legal, economic, technical, financial, commercial assistance and other fields from specialts of PNFAIMM;
- Be informed regarding the business opportunities and potential partners.
- To elect and be elected in the board of PNFAIMM and in the revision commission.

In accordance with the statute of National Employers' Organization of Business Women from SMEs, members have the following rights and obligations:
By the amendment no. 1/2008 the fee has been determined as follows:
- 50 RON / month and will be paid quarterly
- The registration tax for new members is 100 RON and will be paid at registration
- To work to achieve the objectives of PNFAIMM, in order to fulfill the purposes of the Statute.
- To respect the Statute of PNFAIMM and the decisions of the governing bodies, to pay the registration tax and and quarterly fee.
- To respect the rules of professional ethics and pitched in relationships with other members and partners.
- To militate to increase the prestige of PNFAIMM and of its members.
- To participate in actions organized by PNFAIMM.
Membership of the National Employers FAIMM stops:
- By withdrawal (withdrawal request must not be motivated) - through exclusion.
Excluding a member of the PNFAIMM is decided by the General Assembly.
Exclusion occurs in the following cases:
1) In case of non-payment of fee for two quarters, consecutively;
2) serious or repeated violations of statutory provisions and decisions of governing bodies of PNFAIMM;
3) As a result of convictions, the court left the final decision for committing certain criminal acts of which affects image of PNFAIMM;
4) Following consecutive absence from 3 successive General Assembly.
Appeals shall be filed within 30 days from the Steering Committee who will respond within 15 days after discussion with the person for which was proposed the exclusion, or representative of the company proposed to be excluded.
