May become a member of National Employers' Organization of Business Women from SMEs any company or any private person authorized in accordance with current legislation, who freely joins and respects the Statute of PNFAIMM and has employers (partners, shareholders), manager or other managerial positions occupied by women.

Also can be members of PNFAIMM professional associations and employers' associations at national, regional or local level.
1 The capital of the company may be Romanian, foreign or mixed.
2 The company that adhere to PNFAIMM designates representative, person in the company who represent it in PNFAIMM.
3 Political membership of persons representing the companies members of PNFAIMM is free, but is expressly prohibited that these policy options to be shown in any way in PNFAIMM.
